Our specialized process replenishes this sand infill down between the fibers to deliver three critical results:
Upright Blades: It acts as a structural anchor to hold the grass blades beautifully upright and bouncing back against heavy traffic.
Backing Protection: It weights the lawn down to prevent shifting, wrinkling, or bubbling while protecting the carpet backing from pet claws and UV rays.

Important Booking Information:
Minimum Service Charge: Please note we have a minimum call-out charge of £120 per visit.
Utilities Required: We require access to a working outdoor power socket and a standard outside water tap on-site to operate our deep-cleaning equipment.
Pet Waste Policy: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, our team does not handle or remove pet faeces. All solid pet waste must be fully cleared from the lawn before our arrival.
Site Preparation: To allow for deep mechanical power brushing, please ensure all garden furniture, toys, and obstacles are completely removed from the grass prior to our scheduled arrival time. Otherwise, we are happy to clean around them.
